The information here has been compiled by Grant Neufeld. This project was started as part of my work project I when I was with the Apple Research Partnership Program (renamed to Apple Education Consultants Program) at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.

A primary information source has been postings on the machttp_talk (now webstar-talk) listserv list. Numerous people have participated in the discussion there and are to be thanked for their support of Macintosh WWW serving.
I used to keep a list of people whose work directly affected this documentation, but it became too large and I didn't want to make anyone feel left out if I missed including them.
